I don't think its good cause the Bond of life effect prevents her from getting healed by her teammates and she can only heal herself by her burst...if she is at low HP, there's a high chance that she will die due to being attacked by the enemies (in case you don't have shield and dodge skill ) :>

When you used kazuha's skill against the fatui in 12-3-2, you jumped before you used his skill, was it to get them high enough so they'd fall fast and take collision damage?
