I had been putting off trying to make Gobi 65 because all the recipes I saw were so elaborate. This is such an easy to follow recipe and all the tips are so useful! I added a medly a vegetables and it was a hit!

I have still to find an authentic recipe for it. Every one makes it like a gravy or curry. But I think in Kashmir it is sukka. I read they use a ton of Hing and what ever that flower is. Brother I would request you to make it as when it comes to scientific, authentic and tasteful recipes, you are the king. Good luck traveling to Kashmir.
