岑倩衡為「新一代影像創作者育成計劃」學員。計劃啟動於二〇一九年，旨在提升具潛力影像創作新人之藝術修煉與實踐，以師徒模式助他們在創作之路上邁進。十位新晉在主導師和各客席導師引領下，經歷半年的學習、探索，最後成果以個人展模式於二〇二〇年攝影節展出。
Iris Sham Sin Hang is a mentee of the Photographer Incubator project, kick-started in 2019 as an attempt to nurture emerging photographers who are seeking to enhance, expand, and elevate their artistic practice in Hong Kong. After 6 months' intensive research, discussions and explorations, each mentee delivered a solo exhibition as a showcase of their learning outcome in HKIPF 2020.

《二〇二〇香港國際攝影節展覽選集》嘗試藉一部書，誌念那段腥風血雨的歲月。所選的二十個本地創作單位，各以影像展示與這片土地的感情連結，為自由靈魂的追尋。當中有走在最前線的新聞工作者，以幽默角度展示社運的另一面；亦有已經身陷鐵窗後、只能以靠書信與外面聯繫的，以影像訴說對香港的關切。踏入二〇二一，香港「緊急狀態」尚未完結，讓我們繼續彼此扶持，謹守崗位。現現捐款香港國際攝影節港幣五百元或以上可獲贈選集乙本，限量發行，先到先得。認捐請至 👉🏻 stall.hkipf.org.hk/
