Howard Ko brings over 12 years of culinary experience, extraordinary talent and a fresh new perspective to CÉ LA VI Dubai. Raised in Los Angeles, CA, he recognised a deep-rooted love for food and found himself exploring his curiosity in the kitchen. To pursue his dream of becoming a chef, he moved to New York to train at The Culinary Institute of America, which focuses on culinary, baking, and pastry arts education with renowned alumni including Anthony Bourdain and Grant Achatz.
He began his culinary journey in 2006 at DANIEL, a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York. He has worked with several Michelin-starred venues including Picholine, Restaurant Mélisse, The Restaurant at Meadowood and The French Laundry, where he worked alongside Timothy Hollingsworth, famous restauranteur and the winner of Final Table.

Beautiful views! Do we need a restaurant reservation in order to roam around the pool area and take pics by the swing? Can we just go straight up the elevator or do we need to book a reservation either at Celavie or at the bar? Are reservations needed for the bar too? Love your video

Hey , its stunning view! Thanks for sharing. Could you please tell me expenses for two ? And if we are going for a lunch can we also go on the sky lounge and just take some pictures, enjoy the view, come back ? Or is it chargeable?

Hi Piya, thanks for watching! The lunch set cost is 140 aed per person. Drinks is seperate. Available Sat-Thurs timing is 12pm-3pm, it is by reservation so please book in advance. :) Yes you can go to the sky lounge to take pictures, i suggest to go after your lunch, there is a bar there, we ordered a coffee/tea/coctail so need for a rush, we stayed and enjoyed the afternoon. :) Enjoy and please dont forget to sub! ❤️👍

Hi Bro, the pool deck has a bar where you can order tea, coffee, or drinks if you don't want to eat at the restaurant. You can visit that bar and you'll have the view of the infinity pool and take pics. Enjoy and please don't forget to subscribe!
