Nicely done. This mission gets so chaotic if GDI gets up to speed. I was determined to capture their base in my latest playthrough and boy the combination of rushing like you did but trying capture the buildings 😂

turtling is actually very hard here gdi send endless waves of tanks, infantary and aircraft and your only income is that generic green field and you can't even long distance mine cuz black hand harvesters sucks without stealth

@@s1nnur_ Took me a good few (many) tries! I settled for burning their war factories early on and capturing the rest 😅

I once again marvel at your superior tacitcs and skills.

For a moment i read it as: The Doctor vanishes hard. Because they had no clue how he vanished so fast. Side note: The flame tank dialog still makes my day during these speedruns. As one of these bad boys useally puts the hurt on them bad, making his lines so fitting.

Flexy, especially part with capturing MCV to build Garrison to make engineer, very cool

Why did you capture MCV first and then built a Hand of Nod to build another saboteur to capture secondary objective? Why not immediately go for secondary objective cap?

If I recall that area has a lot of starting infantry as well as being hotly contested by GDI's armour. The reason for the capture is that the Saboteur was killed on several attempts before he reached the objective. The MCV provides the option of the build radius and the Engineer on sale, so it's a strong option for capture over risking the objective and failing.

Okkkkk let's try that...just for know did you have the patch 1.02 on this run ?

Is the fastest nonsense win I ever watched! You didn't complete any objectives What was the point of it? just my opinion.

The point of a speedrun is to complete the mission as quickly as possible. For this particular catagory the rules are that you have to complete it on the newest patch version, on hard mode, with all Primary and Secondary objectives. The Primary objectives are to "Capture Giraud's Lab" and to "Escourt Dr. Giraud's Transport". - These must be achieved in order to complete the mission. I capture the lab at 2:07 and complete the transport escourt at 5:29. The Secondary objective is to "Capture the Spaceport Control Center" - This must be completed to achieve the speedrun catagory and earn the highest medal. I capture it at 4:58. All of the Objectives were satisfied. I'm not sure what you expected of the mission. It wasn't to simply destroy GDI on this occasion, but to secure the doctor and capture the spaceport.
