It's funny that companies are always worried about maintaining "image" but groups being weird and energetic is what makes people love them.

I think they don't want the idols to be in any scandals that may get these idols not getting brand deals. Take for example like BP being sponsored by Samsung but they are then shown to display other rival product like LGt/Apple. Also i think protecting image is also good. Not saying it is in a bad way since these companies also invested a lot of these idols.

@@tommyfield8449 the issue is protecting what doesn’t need protecting, BP not using other phone products because of a sponsorship is different than idols not being allowed to be energetic. The thing is companies want idols to appear “perfect” and otherworldly, so they end up teaching lot of idols to change their normal personalities and even assign them different ones.
