@@whatuptechies6607 Thanks for the comment 🙏 I purchased this Bykski block from eBay. I found it from a seller that had several for sale and good feedback. It took a couple of weeks from purchase to arrival. Hope that helps

Excelent video, thx a lot to produce this type of content with Bykski products. Is pretty hard to find good videos about 40's series using these waterblocks. Keep It up!

Thank you for your comment 🙏I will absolutely to my best to keep it up. Thank you for the encouragement. I recognize it takes a lot of time and steps to produce a video but I am getting used to it and I have a bunch more videos on the way. I am working on a Heatkiller V Pro block for the 4090 FE. That episode should be out in 7-10 days and then I have two PC builds in the works. A 4080 in a SFF and a 4090 in a black EVO. Thanks again!

What are your water temps? Those load temps are very high for a waterblock. My 4090, pulling 500W with an EKWB full cover block, only hits mid-to-high 40's under load. Thats with a water temp of around 32C, so a ~15C delta to water.

Hello! Could you also show the GPU Hotspot temps? (Can be read from HWInfo or GPU-Z) on my card i'm gettin pretty high values and would like to compare results :). Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your comment🙏Hm, it is a balancing act. I am currently showing the GPU core and GPU memory. I have the data for GPU Hotspot. My only concern would be if adding another chart, that would likely be interesting only to a portion of the audience, would cause a dip in viewers. Or maybe I could incorporate it into another chart. It is something I am considering. Especially if I decide to make shorter episodes dedicated to Unboxing/Installations/Teardowns/Thermals, then I could add more content to each type. Something to consider and thank you for commenting.

@@vectornetworkIt is enough to show a chart for only 10 seconds and that info is vital for me. Providing just core temp is not enough because, for example, my ASUS TUF 4080 OC card's core temp never exceeds 65 degrees celsius while hotspot temperature reaches 90 degrees under heavy load. There is something wrong with its cooler because I repasted GPU and nothing changed. I am considering water cooling but I also need hotspot temperature info.

So basically if i have the OC version liquid cooling is not worth it, Just keep original card as it is. Thank you for the video

Thanks for your comment 🙏To clarify, you broke the screws that go around the processor for your original air cooler. The Bykski kit will come with new screws, 4 that go around the GPU chip. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your comment 🙏 So you have a 4070ti Windforce. I would enjoy it air cooled. I have not done research on the 4070ti water blocks, so I am not sure about what water blocks are available. I do know that I would not recommend (in this situation) to try another brands block, even with your DIY skills. The 4070ti should be a cool and efficient card. I would recommend water cooling moreso for the 80/90 series cards. Hope that helps

@@vectornetwork actually the problem is that I have barebone pcb of the gpu, that gpu was part of a liquid cooled cpu rig in a china based server providing company operating in india which closed their operations in india (my country) cuz of gov sanctions on Chinese companies so I got the pcb of 4070ti for just about 200$ but now I am struggling to use it I also didn't have it's io plate but I have made it by modding an scraped gt 210's io plate ......🙏
