I assume spotify sound is ok. If spotify ok, could be not finding station. Turn the sound on media right up. If you hear static it means the station has not been found. If no noise means there is a problem that needs to be looked at the service guys.

I can't install third party app. Anyway to overcome it ?

Ive been trying to install chrome to no avail. How u got urs. Also is it running properly?
