i became a fan of hers when i found out she makes her own stuff. i admired her for actually being creative. shes not a brandmonger or a designer endorsing freak like katy perry and nikki minaj

I love that she hand makes her clothing and what not. Definitely more inspiring then having a designer make stuff, way more creative and fun.

when people visualize goth, they think dark and edgy. If there was a more solid word for it, she would use that one instead, and she was in a very dark place for the first half of her life, so when this video came on, she was in a better place and wanted to make lighter stuff. She does have darker stuff now, but she also mixes industrial and lolita into it. It's just her interpretation, as we all have one.

Simple. I was creative and loved expressing myself through music, poetry, morbidity and loving to wear black and playing with dark makeup. The whole wide world of school and the town I lived in insisted I was goth. Personally, I didn't care one way or the other...but I hate goth music. Fucking hate it. Every genre you listed, I hate. It's bad. It's stereotypical and it sucks 90% of the time. Still, everyone else calls me goth. So it really isn't about the music at all.
