    那个手撕鸡应该是酸口味的吧,那些柠檬汁放进去即使放糖估计也会感觉酸的。甲鱼这些年便宜了呢,疫情之前过年去老丈人家,大舅哥带着去吃的,一只不到一百。而二十来年前吧,我和老婆回去的时候请我们两家人在一起吃饭,一桌子也就十个人,也点了甲鱼,当时要了两三百块呢,最后结账,总共将近一千,当时是膨胀期,没觉得啥,现在我可不舍得了,哈哈。

    @@Exploring-China 奇怪,他是怎么去掉酸味的呢,不管他了。哈哈,没跟你说嘛,那是我的膨胀期,你没见过这样的人吧,让你见识一下什么叫暴发户的嘴脸,哈哈。再刺激你一下,三十年前,刚出来,那时候还是真没钱的时候,和老婆过年带我的堂妹表弟两个小孩儿去吃饭,花了将近四百,比我临出来前的月薪都多,但只是觉得有些花超了而已,印象最深的是光是一个佛跳墙花了一百多,现在回想起来都不知道当时是咋想的,我爸说我就是一个典型的穷人乍富,哈哈。也许是当时我们都是停薪留职,原来的工作还保留着的,所以没有后顾之忧,敢花钱吧。总之想想自己就觉得可笑。

    新疆当地的馕特别好吃,而且品种超级多,大如脸盆的,小如拳头的,甜的咸的辣的,夹烤羊肉串好吃到爆炸,就着新疆葡萄吃也很舒服。
