A carbohydrate paradise: Immersive experience of Wuhan's nuclear bomb-level breakfast

Baoshan Street and Qingshiqiao Community,Wuhan City,Hubei Province, are both old towns within the old town, and the breakfast restaurants here are also the best among the old shops that have been open for at least ten years. These food stalls satisfy the appetite of Wuhan people every day:
Tianmen eel paste soup noodle is a home-cooked flavour with a fresh and salty taste, with a hint of farmland flavour;
Heavy oil shaomai restaurants are a favourite among the old people of Hankou. The plump texture of the glutinous heavy oil rice is something you won't forget once you try it;
What's sizzling in the pan are Hankou's old-fashioned soda buns. The golden and burnt soda buns paired with a bowl of noodles make for a satisfying meal;
Adhering to traditional techniques, Toupi King is deeply rooted in the community, but this does not stop diners from queuing up;
The pot soup, which is just a neighbourhood business, is fresh, rich and delicious. To ensure quality, it does not accept take-away orders;
Noodle nests, made from freshly ground rice milk and fried every morning, are the most familiar taste to the people of Wuhan;
A perfect Wuhan-style breakfast would of course include a bowl of juicy hot dry noodles with fragrant sesame sauce.;
After 34 years of making glutinous dumplings wrapped in rice, the old lady still runs the stall every day;
There is no appetite that can't be satisfied by a chicken comb dumpling. If so, a sticky rice chicken will do;

    Is this the Capitol of Carbohydrates? My dream! Give me a little extra MSG with that, please. I want to live there! I say that every time. I think I agree with the creator here, that if there's a choice I will like the "northern" taste better. Still, it looks like it would take a month to try everything here, and then what if there were seasonal changes? I can't imagine having pan-fried dumplings for breakfast, with hot soy milk and some fried things, expertly fried things!

    Yes, Wuhan is indeed the city in South China that likes carbohydrates the most. They like to eat various carbohydrates for breakfast all year round. Moreover, some carbohydrate foods, such as hot dry noodles, fish paste noodles, heavy oil shaomai, chicken comb dumplings, and glutinous rice chicken, are difficult to find in other big cities in China except Wuhan, and even if they are available, they are not that delicious.
