Wow, my favorite truck. Hope I will buy one in the next years. If you need a habitation box, I can buit one for you from GRP sandwich panels, fully equipped with furniture, bath+toilet, minisplit air conditioner, all Victron electric powered + lithium battery. Price around 15-20k euro, dependind on your requests. Good luck!

Thank you Wim! The Unimog is huge. I am doing soon offered and Maybe even a Rallye and later Expedition. I started to work on a Shelter for it. Its a lot coming :-)

Thanks mate! No updates yet, but I am in the process. Actually I have best gear inside and so he is already running like 95km/h what is great enough. I am going to exchange the seats first, headliner and put a box in the back, a shelter for adventures. Wanna go to North cap.

Fansastic truck. Well done you !! How does someone as young as you afford such a machine? What did it cost. I ask, as they are darn expensive in New Zealand? What is the economy like? What will it comfortably crusie at on the highway? What is your intended use? Thanks for sharing, from New Zealand.

Hey Gerard, thank you very much mate. I am a business owner and built up my company from zero, check out at instagram: justinplacek. I was surprised how comfortable it is to cruise around, on the highway its 85km/h, but with the model I bought I can increase the engine super significantly and drive 100-120km/h than. Its just loud inside, that the only issue I have to take care and fuel economy is extremely good, its not more than my Lexus LX470, about 18-20 liter/100km, sure off-road more. I will use it for off-road fun, do a bit business with and finally a world trip and before some minor trips. Greetings from Germany!

This is exactly what I plan to do, but with a removable version as I wanna sometimes go hardcore off-roading and sometimes take some weeks for adventures and in some years a world trip.

I am a huge fan, American truck are looking kind of small next too.😅 I tried it and the Unimog can literally climb walls. Unimogs from the same years are starting like 25k EUR in decent conditions, this was way more as I choose the biggest engine, longest wheel base and double cabin. Its very rare in this combination, when I remember correct its less than 800 built as Doka from the 435 models. They are appreciating in value a lot last years and for sure even more in the following years.

@@andrewhoon5822 it’s actually very good, about 18 Liter per 100km, that’s same like my Lexus LX470 or even less, sure in offroad can be more. I have still the original 160 Liter tank, so I can drive easily 800 - 900km.
