I've tried the Aveeno PHA Exfoliator for awhile now. I found it gentle enough to be used daily, but it's not the best option if you have an immediate need to remove flaky skin.

i got like a travel one a few weeks ago and tried it ( my family travels all summer) and i loved it so today i finally got a full size one and the am/pm moisturizing lotin, i recemend the lotion its so light weight and just is amazing

Hey Hyram! I just have a few questions I’m a team girl, but I’m noticing some little bumps appearing on my face. I’m not sure what to do. I have been using the salicylic acid cleanser from Cerave and then I go in with thayers toner I then go with bliss vitamin C, and then the Inkey list Hyaluronic acid and then a moisturizer mostly Cerave. What do you think?

Have you tried eliminating some products to just ensure you're not overdoing your skincare? I also struggled with those tiny bumps on the skin for AGES. I am gentle with my skin but used SA & retinol a few times a week but still got those bumps. I recently stopped all my skincare for a few days, even moisturiser, just washing my face with a simple, gentle cleanser at night and those tiny bumps went away finally 😅 my previous skincare routine was very simple but even though I was using good products it was too much for my skin. I think my skin just needed a break and time to heal on its own. Perhaps this will work for you? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately the hero sunscreen does have a white cast if you aren’t pale :( and has a weird smell. But blends in so well!! I wish it worked for me

You might be using too much or not rubbing it in enough. I’m pretty tan and it doesn’t leave a white cast on me. That does suck though, it’s such a good sunscreen!

Yes, you need sunscreen even if you a stay in the house - sun rays come through windows. The sun is still out even when it is covered by clouds. FYI: Sunscreen only protects you from abt 50% of the sun be it sunny, cloudy, raining or snowing.

I'd say use the sunscreen, but you probably don't need a high SPF.

Hi from Siberia !❄️ yeah Hyram and the dermatologists do recommend wearing sunscreen every single day whatever the weather is cuz the Sun with its UVA and UVB is still here it is just partially covered by clouds. Hope this helps!

Hey so in Alaska it’s really dark out a lot in the winter and winter is 9 months, so I was wondering on dark days where it’s night outside should I be wearing sunscreen? It’s nothing like down in the states at all and usually window curtains are closed to keep the heat in. I will be wearing sunscreen judging by both of your replies though just to be safe thank you!

mine is definitely hormonal. when I get acupuncture for it, the acne nearly clears up entirely in the few days after 😂 strange, really.

@@hugs_xo hormones are largely determined by diet as well and glucose or a high omega 6 diet can lead to inflammatory responses. I had really harsh acne for years, on my back, shoulders and the only thing that would clear it up naturally was cutting out dairy and anything sugar related. My diet now mainly consists of meat, eggs, fish, vegetables and nuts and it works wonderfully also for stabilizing insulin, mental clarity and reducing cravings.
