FINALLY!!!!!!!!!! Great to have you back with the Gen 7 :) Mine is a 1ZZ 2005 :( much more common in the UK and only weighs 1067KG (without rear seats)... I've modded mine up - future turbo :) We have 99 octane in the UK lol :) An 11hr drive in the UK would cost around £250 in fuel lol :)

Depends on the price but 40k miles is amazingly low!! People typically recommend 03 and up because they burn oil less so that’s a plus. Stock is good but keep in mind the aftermarket support for this car can be challenging depending on what it is you’re looking for. Regardless, it’s still a great car. A lot of people report their Celica lasting into the 300k miles mark. They also handle amazingly and it’s by far the most fuel efficient car I’ve ever driven. (Better than a Nissan Sentra or Honda Civic). If it’s a reasonable price (anything under 10k) then definitely worth it!!!
