Naz is 100% right in this situation and is completely valid in not wanting to do her 17 year old sisters hair and makeup and no wanting to share her own products because Sockie didn't want to bring her own. Naz is so valid for being frustrated. I’ve always taken sockie to be the mature one out of the siblings but this was literally shocking. If she chooses to not do her own hair when she’s perfectly capable then she should be greatful she has a sister willing to take the time out of her day to get her ready. To go running to her mum IN HOSPITAL becuase naz wasn’t prepared to share her mascara is crazy. Every other vlog that has makeup involved, sockie wants no part in it and isn’t a fan, she says she doesn’t want it and she’s not into it. So why get so uptight about some mascara all of a sudden. There is always a risk with sharing eye makeup even with siblings. Sharing any makeup especially brushes can cause the risk of spreading bacteria and acne. naz is acting like the 17yr old and sockie the 13yr old. I genuinely think naz is looked over by everyone. All naz wanted was the slicking stuff to help her and make it easier to do her hair and instead sockie just made out she wasn’t doing it properly, she’s lucky naz was doing it at all. It can be hard to get hair to sit right if it’s freshly clean or whatever, sockie needs to be a little more understanding and reasonable, considering she’s 17 having a 13yr old get her ready for the day. Good job naz

What Sabre wore was the original preppy; very classy, rich, educated, academia. As time goes on, especially with TikTok, the younger generation started to change the style "preppy" into more vsco girl vibes, very bright and smiley. Both are called preppy which makes it confusing for those who don't know the history of preppy.

Naz is completely in the right, Sockie is a full grown 17 year old that should have brought her own makeup. In most of the other videos Sockie has no interest or doesn’t want to take any part in make up, I would also like to highlight that Naz is almost always overlooked and everone else in the family would rather someone else insted of her, and that makes me feel so sad for her. I was shocked when Sockie started texting her mum in the HOSPITAL just because she didn’t bring her own make up. Naz also mentioned that sharing brushes and sponges can cause diseases and infections, which I fully support because I have seen multiple cases of this. I have always senn Sockie as the mature one, but in these videos you see Sockie rely on mama and Naz for doing her hair and make up. Later on when Sockie and I quote says “I didn’t know that it was Naz’s favourite aesthetic”, of course it’s her favourite aesthetic she wears it almost everyday! She also claims that she knows the most about Y2K compared to the rest, but you see that she has no idea what she is doing, I also feel like Sockie chose that aesthetic just to spite Naz. in the end all the norris nuts outfits didn’tmatch their personality.

I agree that make-up should not be shared. But that same Naz who doesn’t want to share with Sockie, has no problem going to a store to get her face caked with make up that plenty of strangers used. She has videos about it🤷‍♀️ Nazzy doesn’t really care at all about sharing, she just doesn’t want to share with Sockie. PLEASE READ THIS 🚨🚨‼️‼️I’m sorry but Naz is completely in the right. Sockie, a 17 year old girl can’t do her own make up and a simple ponytail. First of that’s ridiculous, and second of all if she has some sort of disability, how are the parents expecting her to move into a new house with her other sister the age of 19. If she can’t manage to do these little things, then it’s clear she is not capable of living with no parent. I just want to say that you shouldn't judge peoples abilities based off their age. I'm 2 months away from being 18 and I can't do basic things everyday and I see a lot of similaities between me and sockie like her sensory issues for one. sensory issues can make things like brushing hair very difficult. we don't know what goes on behind the camera, they might not be willing to broadcast personal things like how they breifly mentioned a year ago that sockie was going through some issues with her health but they never went into detail. I see sockie as someone who is like me, representation of me and what I'm going through even if she isnt going through exactly what I'm going through, I see myself through her and as a kid that meant the world to me

I feel like Biggy should of gotten a way higher score, it may no have been bright and colourful but it matched the aesthetic he had. He had the headband the bands for his arms, sports shirt and sports shorts. He definitely should of won for sure.

if naz can say sabre didnt dress 'the real preppy' then lets discuss how she didnt dress emo. i understand that shes part of the new generation and doesnt understand the origin of the emo aesthetic (she based her look off what im guessing tiktok 'emo' which is just alternative in my opinion...). the 2000s emo aesthetic consisted of band tees, skinny jeans, studded belts and studded/spiked bracelets. (and more but i do realise most stores dont sell these anymore/harder to buy in physical stores due to it being dated obviously) and she didnt include any of that in her style. not trying to bash her, but i think in general everyone shouldve done more research on their aesthetics become most aesthetics that are 'in' now have obviously stemmed from somewhere (mainly the 2000s) and as we grow as a society/generation we are continuously tweaking it to the point it completely eradicates the previous meaning. simply wearing anything black will get you called emo when that really isnt the case. im not saying one aesthetic has strict rules but at least have some knowledge of the words you're using and the definitions of it. plus emo isnt an aesthetic its a subculture - its not just about fashion but also the music and shared interests etc. (sorry for the immense amount of detail, im not mad, this is just a topic i love talking about since i myself am emo, so therefore i feel quite passionately about it. im also not gatekeeping, just informing lol)

sabre did do a preppy outfit, and just like she said it's like an outfit the girls from gossip girl would wear. aesthetics are changing and preppy is one of them. edit: multiple people are saying "aesthetics don't change" yes i'm aware, what i meant is that eg. preppy is mainly seen as a different thing now (what naz thought) compared to what it was seen as before (what sabre did).

Yeah, they lived in longer, lagers tank tops because of the low rise pants (as with a crop top they wouldn’t have been able to sit) they have rolled over uggs, or very basic flip flops, have a lot of belts and overall just more skin tight things. Although a multitude of people wore a variety of things during the time. But mostly no crop tops or anything short

i think sabre is right because preppy wasn't originally neon bright colours and smiley faces , bright accessories back then. Back then it was plaids,simple coloured tops,skirts with some patterns mainly styled with a hoodie or vest wrapped diagonally on the torso. Sabre is looking at the original preppy style whilst naz is looking at the 2024 /new type of preppy

I personally there are 2 types of preppy, the 2000s preppy that Sabre wore and the 2020 preppy that Naz was talking about

Sab you have become so mature especially in this video. I sympathise with Sabre because she was completely thrown into the deep end when it comes to how she had to grow up so quickly and had more strict and limited rules etc growing up. She genuinely feels like my big sister in this video and she did not pick fights with anyone or start drama. She also did not show anything negative or talk bad about anyone when she got told some stuff the other nn were frustrated about with others. Love u girl xx 🤟

I have to agree with Naz in this situation. I think in most vlogs and with the family and audience Sockie is perceived to be one of the more mature kids who is self aware. And although she was acting all high and mighty, she was actually acting very immature. I can easily see why Sockie is seen so good because no one can understand Naz’s frustration, especially by the way Sockie handles things. She made it out to seem that Naz was the bad one for not being a good sister helping an sharing. While helping eachother out is a good characteristic, that was not the problem. In fact Naz has helped and shared plenty. While yes in previous vlogs she has shared interest is doing Sockie makeup and and hair it is not her responsibility. Sockie is 17 and what her she likes it or not she has responsibility to do those things in her own, even if she’s not “girly” like Naz. A simple combed back low ponytail is a very easily skill that Sockie can learn in under 5 minutes is she took the time. And yes makeup is more difficult, but not too challenging to learn the basics. Naz’: feeling are overlooked constantly and my heart aches for her. Although she may put on this “whatever” front, she can be seriously hurt deep within and definitely struggles by feeling misunderstood. Especially when that feeling comes with your family. Sockie complaining to her mommy was childish, ESPECIALLY because she was in the hospital. But would still be childish if she was out. Yes Sockie was frustrated, but at the end of the day it’s Naz’s makeup and wheather she decides to share it is her decision, and the germ concern is a real issue. It is not her fault she didn’t want to do Sockie hair and makeup, and also not her fault Sockie didn’t bring her stuff assuming she could use nazzy’s. And as a sibling myself I get the pettiness, but we don’t need to try and act that Sockie picked Y2K because she wanted it and understood it. From the outfits she was picking she clearly didn’t, she wanted to get back at Naz. (Which by the way Naz’s outfit was most definitely emo and overlooked). By the way Sockie described preppy she definitely had an understanding of what that looks like. And it seems if (since Naz mentioned it at breakfast) that was her original plan. Naz is constantly overlooked because she is younger and I am so sick of it. Naz is amazing at fashion and makeup and what’s she is passionate about. And while she may have. Teenager attitude, crying to your parents all the time is not a great trait to have either. Maybe you’re not as sassy, but it’s certainly a trait that would make me distance myself from my siblings. Of course mama is going to take Sockie side because she’s a golden child who never does wrong because she complains to her mom. Btw: both Naz and Biggys outfits were so underrated and definitely fit their aesthetics. Sabres outfit was good any definitely the old preppy, but this judging system was not it. So biased and you can’t have judges that aren’t well educated in the field. Like Naz clearly knows her stuff and so does Sabre. But I don’t think we should leave judging up to people who don’t really know enough about it

in my opinion preppy is like the outfit sabre's wearing! sabre wore the old preppy (which still count as preppy) but naz's vision of preppy is the new preppy, bright colors and everything! besides that they both count as preppy 🤍

Saber definitely had the 1990s preppy girl outfit going on, all the way down to the shoes.

There should’ve been a like research part, Naz and Sockie didn’t know what to do. You can tell Naz didn’t know what the proper “emo” asthetic was because of the photos that come up. Also, Sockie was completely lost and didn’t even know what y2k was

I think whenever they saw the preppy aesthetic as an option, naz and sabre had completely different outlooks on the aesthetic. Sabre went for the preppy that's like kinda 80's and 90's, like private schools and heather, which is valid. And Naz was thinking of bright and outgoing preppy, kinda like what shes growing up with now. But i both think they were right because both of the things sabre and naz had in mind are both preppy.

naz is so right in this vlog. like first for her fight with sockie, like a 17 year old girl FORCING a 13 year old to do her makeup. like responsible who?? and for the preppy argument, now theres two types of preppy kind of. first there was like the plaid, uniform type clothes, and there’s the pink, bright, beachy preppy. also as an aussie, i can confirm i take a kangaroo to school. i’ve finally saved up for a pink kangaroo saddle which literally took me FOREVER to get!!

They were both in the wrong, Sockie should know how to do her hair but not everyone is cable she can do some hairstyles and she clearly couldn’t do a slick back which is why Brooke asked naz to do it since Brooke can’t help bc she is in surgery, Sockie was telling naz she didn’t want the slickstick and naz kept saying you need it go grab it when Sockie didn’t want to use it she could’ve just explained nicely it wouldn’t work

If you compare to the other times naz has done sockies without the slip back stick It was much better. Naz was is a bad mood when starting the video and she put that energy onto everyone so whether or not she’s right, she was neglecting others emotions.

Sabre definitely deserved to win that for sure, she had the og preppy aesthetic and she really did well, what naz defines preppy as is basically the 'vsco' girl aesthetic and that is not preppy at all so out of everybody only sabre really fully got the aesthetic well
