My boyfriend and I ate there a few years ago. It was summer and they had the screened in porch area open. We had a great dinner and I bought a lovely little crystal gift from the shoppe. We meant to go back again, but sadly, Bud passed away this past September from AML leukemia. So many precious memories I have, our dinner together at Butts On the Creek is one of them 🥹 God bless.

Derrick you really had a big meal with having the crow added,lol.I like a hot spicy bbq sauce, and sometimes I will mix the hot/spicy with a little sweet.

We live about 1 mile from BOTC. Drive by it every day but never ate there! Shame on us. I saw on Facebook that Haywood Smoke House was closed yesterday. Weather. That’s our very favorite place for bbq. Love their Texas burger brisket quesadilla. We need to try Butts. They are always busy.

I think this restaurant is run by Pops that also runs Pops Place. A breakfast restaurant next to the Holiday Motel.

My hubby and I went there about two years ago with my cousin when we were in Cherokee . I love to eat there

We've driven past it many times. Might try it next time we are in Maggie Valley.

My late wife and I would stop and eat there every time we visited Maggie Valley and the Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum on our motorcycle rides (even if you are not riders, the museum is a wonderful place to visit)…thank you for the pleasant memories with this video 😊😊😊

We love Butts on the Creek! Anytime we go through Maggie Valley we stop for lunch. I was surprised that you had to wait so long. We’ve never had to wait for a table. I love the two meat combos and I get brisket and catfish. My wife loves the smoked chicken salad.

If you are in maggie valley, then ur in Ray Fairchild land! He was the 5x banjo champ of the country music association. And the Stomping ground where they clog dance! And the Eagles nest, an outdoors music hall. This is near the Cherokee Indian Reservation and those trout ponds where u can fish for them and eat them, umm!! And the feds have an elk farm near by!!
