Grocery List:
Pancakes:
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 1/4 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs, room temperature, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Bourbon Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp bourbon, chilled
1/2 tso vanila extract

I try not to always rely on times because there’s so many variables like cooking temps, appliances working properly, room temp, etc. But glad I got that in there lol. I just looked at the edges and knew it was time.

@@PourChoicesKitchenYes! I was going to add my appreciation of your additional disclaimer regarding cook times, but then my 3 year old started assaulting me. Don't worry, I kicked his ass back to the stone age. He's the only reason I make pancakes periodically anyways. :) Take care.

I’ve thought about it for sure! The cool thing is patreon lets you donate more than a $1 if you want to so some people do like $5 for a month and then back to $1.
