කීරි සම්බා හෝ බාස්මතී සහල් කෝප්ප 4 - 4 cup rice ( keeri samba, basmati )
එළඟි තෙල් / මාගරින් හෝ බටර් මේස හැඳි 3 - 3 tbsp Ghee / margarine or butter
පොල්කිරි කෝප්ප 3 - 3 Cup Coconut Milk
තලාගත් ඉඟුරු - Ginger
