I own a silver and everytime i park it i turn back to take a last glance of its beautifully designed front. Those front light setup is on an another level. Trust me, if you dont look back at your car after you park, its not worth buying.

@davewilson7602

@@581jasveersingh5parts and maintenance should be very cheap since most are Nissan shared parts, very accessible and inexpensive. Depreciation on these isn’t great because they are discounted so much when new. If you keep it for a long time it probably doesn’t matter, but if you buy and sell after 3 years take note

So true, I have an Altima SR 2016, always do double look after parking.
I just bought one and it's a head turner. This car is too good for the price and I love it. It looks way more expensive than many cars in the same range. Mitsubishi outdid themselves on this one.
I got one no regrets the silver is a stunner. They are available and the 2022 dealers are selling for not just msrp but under msrp - up to 1500 off. Compared to other brands who charge msrp+bs options marked up+dealer markup over msrp+waitlist, you could get two of these outlanders for the same price. For the two biggest gripes - rattling hood and insufficient hp, the hood isn’t an issue in later produced outlanders and for the hp, for everyone who complains it doesn’t have enough hp, there are three people who love it for the great mpg, which you will actually benefit from on a daily basis. Mitsu knocked it out of the park with this one they should really do some more commercials to get it out there
After searching, & googling & watching at least 50 different KZread reviews for This specific model, trim, & color over the course of 5 months, I almost gave up finding one that is comprehensive, on point, to the point, & very thorough! The background music is great it was never louder than you. Your show & tell is very informative, Not boring, easy to follow & understand, & you even had me & my daughters do the lol with your touch of humor. This video alone finally did what 50 others couldn’t - what Google couldn’t. Your review, hands down, helped me decide that THIS is my next buy. Thank you so damn much! I literally almost gave up on this outlander SUV thing & started looking at an Audi A6. I’m gonna hit that like, & definitely subscribe! & then … will head over to Mitsubishi motors site to build & buy my first SUV ever. You Rock.

I like your description of all the detail! One thing no one seems to talk about when reviewing new cars is, what to do with your right leg when on cruse control. I'm just over 6 ft and that's a problem for me in some cars. I need a soft area to rest that knee against.

MSRPMSRPMSRPMSRP… This and all the features to be had at the - MSRP 😉, are the reasons I purchased my Outlander this past June. I chose the SEL trim with everything your test vehicle had Chris, sans the puddle logo light and available front grill shield accent lighting. I chose Labrador Black as my color - looks great!. Powertrain won’t win you any races, but it’s adequate for how I drive. Place the drive mode selector in Tarmac, and you’ll get a little more pep in acceleration (good for hi-way entry) more stiffer braking and responsive steering. All in all, a great cross-over for the money that I feel more than hold it’s own in the market segment. Great review, by the way!🙂

I hope you're both doing well. MSRP is definitely attractive compared to the competition, but with today's market, everywhere I go the MSRP is injected with over $10k. Then it becomes less attractive. If you know of any dealer within the NY Triborough area that offers at true MSRP, I would appreciate it.
Great Review Chris. I am impressed by the redesign greatly. I agree that this powertrain is lackluster. I hope that the upcoming 23 PHEV version will improve performance and offer better fuel economy. Also, lets hope Mitsubishi offers a 3rd delete option as well.

Clean ride but I agree, the back seats are brutal and a 3.6L would be really nice
This is luxurious!
I don't get all the hate for that 3rd row, not a single review I have watched shows it in a more realistic use. I am 5'9" tall and 180lbs, just left the Dealership after looking the vehicle over. I put the front passenger seat where my knees were about an inch from the dash, then the second row where my knees were just about touching the front backrest. Then I got in the 3rd row and when the dealer got in the middle row ahead of me my legs wern't touching his seat. Yeah my knees were kind of high, but for moving a few adults on short trips it is plenty good enough. Not ideal, but it is doable and not as horrible as everybody makes it out. Otherwise I really enjoyed the review, very on point and the tone/pace were a great review. I Kayak a lot, and we shuttle from the launch to the take out and vice versa a lot. This would be perfect for those 15 to 30 minute rides compared to people riding in a truck bed or worse jumping in the cargo area with no seatbelts! I've seen it done, reminded me of the 80s lol.

Bought a Outlander SE S-AWC two months ago. Had to pat myself on the back after this deal. Has all the bells and whistles as the SEL except the moonroof and leather seats. Handles like a dream and has more giddy-up and go than a lot of the testers say. It is a very good four cylinder and provides everything you can need. Black Labrador peril with black and gray leatherette trimmed suede seats. People see it and have to ask question. It's not your Mitsubishi from the past. All new and in conjunction with Nissan Rogue. Nissan drivetrain and Mitsubishi coach work.

The body looks great and nice designed but power is not that strong for that SUV.
Yep that 2.5 ltr engine is a dinosaur, at the very least it should be injected or turbo, this will affect gas mileage so there will be a trade off for power increase, trying to avoid the issue will only get Mitsubishi so far, the Outlander now has the look, now it needs the power to make it a memorable brand.
I bought a 2023 Outlander SE in May 2023 and have had nothing but issues with the infotainment center and the dealership since. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. It's honestly been the worst vehicle experience I've ever had. It's my 8th vehicle and 1st Mitsubishi
