Seems way calmer than the streets of Cartagena, Colombia. WAY calmer. Can't wait to visit ..
People are very educated in the transit. I want to visit again Paraguay. Looks like a pleasant place, and safe.

This is such a beautiful part of town! We are staying right nearby and take a walk there all the time!

the main streets look like this but normally you can get everywhere just by walking, supermarkets, shopping malls (if you live near one of course) etc.

que desgracia la municipalidad por esas veredas en pésimo estado, también los dueños que no hacen nada tienen la plata para arreglar y son unos puercos, yo es que les costaría millones... ojalá siga las multas por no arreglar sus veredas

I don't know exactly if this is the richest area but definitely one of the richer areas.
