Would Marcus( your. bottle calf) I know his name is Marcus or Marco) Anyway, would he mark a good 4 H calf? He is so tame, & he loves his human milk supplier. Seems he would be a great calf for your youngest son's 4H calf. His present one seems to give your son some actions that seem to make his 4H project not so enjoyable, & he has lost his confidence. Maybe it. is a teaching experence to let the calf learn man is the boss. Your cows seem very smart, & seem to know what to do when you give them directions. I enjoy seeing all the different colors & markings on the calves & cows. How do you. decide right after birth which bull calves to keep as bulls?

Couple of questions? How long do you have to feed the bottle baby milk like that? Was gonna ask whats in the bag you dump in the cow feed, but you kinda answered it.. Lastly what kinda gain did you haul? I've only seen it when corn is loaded and dumped like that and what do they do with that black grain?

The bag is a breeding mineral, we feed bottle calves typically minimum 6 weeks, often longer. We were hauling canola in this video, where we dumped the canola they crush it and make canola oil used for cooking. Canola's by product is high protein and we sometimes mix that in our feed when our feed is low in protein

Should be titled: hauling used to be black gold. These days it is competing with wheat to be crowned the new poverty grass.
