Busking with: Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros - Better Days
Led by its frontman Alex Ebert, the California-based indie folk collective recently stopped by NYC to play a charming acoustic version of "Better Days," off their latest album, and bring a little West Coast troubadour flavor to the Lower East Side. The street corner of Rivington and Forsyth is usually bustling with passersby, but the band's serenade had people pausing to gather 'round and bob along on a picturesque summer day-and it doesn't get any better than that.

Jade is what makes this performance perfection. The song is amazing and everyone is amazing hands down, praise to you all. But adding her haunting vocals makes this version remarkable!!!!!

Something tells me Jade dated the other guy in the band to make sure she wouldn’t come back. (Mind you i could be super wrong.) But to me: She went from trusting a guy and falling in love with him to having everyone join the party. And i know music, people, records, but at what price in the end? If personal is forever off the table. Bcs u guys were a community project but u said it urself: it started off as u two. Who betrayed who first? Could be wrong. So wrong. Speculations, when u get to me… lol. ( add a Pinch of salt all over that dish) 😉 #safeside
