set up. When you think about your company's business strategy, there are many business strategy frameworks. Let's learn one of the business
strategy frameworks from the book, 'Management Revolution Textbook' co-authored by Mitsuhiko Watanabe. Also based on this method, I made an Excel template for this particular framework that I will explain and demonstrate in this video.
