This was a REALLY great presentation. So many clients feel this is an intangible thing and it can be difficult to be as concise as she was when going into such depth on the topic, from structure and intended outcome through to the psychology of people. Really great job, Kelly! :-)

Problem with these messages , they really don't provide and real new ideas. We realize we need to know our audience and problem to create the story. What if you can't find that out?

Great. Though sounds likes you're reading a script.a little walk around, pauses and breathing inbetween sentences would have sounded more confidence and convincing. Keep moving girl!
