Follow along while I install a set of Bushwacker Cut-Out fender flares on my Ford Excursion. Part number 20043-02. The same part fits Superduty F250, F350, F450, and F550 from 1999-2007. I'm glad Bushwhacker took the chance of creating a product to fit bigger tires that required cutting up your vehicle but also looks good.
I understand that man,thanks for the reply back and awesome vid on install On your rig. I’m gonna be pushing it on my build without a straight axle swap but we will see, mall crawler is all it’s gonna be lol

Sweet excursion and great detailed install video!! I have a question, roughly how much larger of a tire was you able to fit after you installed the cut outs?? I have and building 1996 F-150 And I’m looking at going with a set of cutouts along with a 6inch and maybe a body lift to run 39.5-18-15 tires. Thanks

My first Excursion I fit 39.5" with no lift, just the cut-outs. This Excursion I fit 42" tire with 6" lift. I don't know what you'll be able to fit on a F150 as it's a different platform.
Have you had clearance issues with the front doors? Looks like the door will collide with the new fender.
