Have a Bush 32", about 2 weeks ago screen started to go black in 10-20 min of on time. Fixed itself then 4 days ago it totally blacked out. Took it apart, measured voltage on LED power cord and I'd get 30V then it would slowly drop down to 1V. I suspected it was something with the board as I didn't believe all the LEDs just died. In the meantime I bought another TV and my solution was to use a 5V USB LED strip that I stuck on the inside and plugged in the TV USB port. USB port goes live when TV is on. Image isn't great as I have a bright ring on the TV outer edge where I stuck the LEDs 🤣 Better than binning it, fixed it for 6£

More the better easy fixes are the best

I just tried to replace my backlights and ripped the TCON off the LCD screen or whatever it is… can I buy a new TCON with LCD attached anywhere? Or not worth it

Odd one that, the leds work for a few seconds, it only takes one to upset the driver. Nice sea horses, an unusual little creature. Does anyone still make the universal remote controls, type a number in and it operates the tv. There is likely a special remote for tv repairers, but likely very expensive 😞

Hi there, I've recently put new led lights into my bush 32dled. I tested them out, all the led lights will come on for 3 to four seconds and then go off again. Does that mean I need a new board?

I Have the same Bush and I suspected the board was bad as I couldn't believe all the LEDs just failed. So I stuck a 5V USB LED strip inside and plugged it in the TV USB port. Got 2x 2M strips on Amazon for 11£ and only used one. Light isn't diffused so you'll have bright spots. I put mine around the edge so I have a bright ring around TV image. But hey it works

There’s a small toggle switch on the AV input board.

On the back of the screen ( just unscrew the back there will be a label. The number will start ves400*****. Type the full number into eBay and you will find the backlight strips there.

You don’t need new Leds just the contacts cleaning.

No when these TVs first come on they show a splash screen logo for 4 seconds and go into stand by. If you then switch the tv on they should stay on.

I have the same tv, it turns on and shows the bush start up screen for less then a second then it stays on a black screen. Got any tips?

Always the backlights. Buy 2 new strips from eBay and you’ll be fine for years.

There will be buttons on the side or a very small toggle switch on the side of the AV board.

@@Stevo-ic3fn it’s almost impossible to diagnose a TV that’s not in front of me and you have not given a model number. If the tv is stuck in stand by and you have pressed buttons or switches on the set it’s probably a main board issue.
