Ricardo ---I have a non-smartTV with that Rocku lil box attached to it from 4 months ago. But these last 45 days it's been blacking out for a few seconds in different intervals. I have a DBL tube TV from Sony, works well...I have the Rocku connector to Video 3 and my Spectrum cable to Video 1. May you help or input?

Thanks, my tv is huge. Cycling the power button on tv don’t exist because it’s just run on remote. But turning everything off, unplugging it, letting it sit for 30 minutes. Plus changing the hdmi cord to home theater worked for me. I was really dreading buying a new tv but it’s better it came back. Thanks

Fixed! we have a 5yr old, non-smart Westinghouse flatscreen, didnt need the remote at all. Its been blinking for months now when we first turn it on and the screen went completely black today but the sound still worked. 1st try with one minute hold to pwr didnt work, 2nd try 2 min hold didnt work, 3rd try 3 minute hold and waited about 15 min before plugging it back in, its working, no blinking. Thank you so much, respect

@@zafrinfatme9063 I did the same thing Ricardo Gardener said on his video: hold the power button for 60 seconds, then let go and plug in the TV once more and hold the power button again for one minute or more (like last time). All you just have to listen to Ricardo Gardener carefully and do like he said... it will be ok. Good luck PS: The power button of my TV is at the back or some TV it located at the bottom.

Ricardo, thanks for your time on this. I still have no picture however. My Proscan TV does NOT appear to have an off/on button, just on its remote (though I turn the TV on and off with the Comcast cable remote). So I couldn't keep a TV on off button pressed for 60 seconds. I did press the remote on/off for 60 seconds but nothing. And, no matter what menu button I press or any other button, the screen remains dark. So ... I'm guessing there is no hope? Thank you.

When you say 'FHD' you mean a regular 'nonSmart' TV right? I have the same issue as you and have using DLP wording to get help. I have a Rocku lil black box attached to hit from 4 months ago ---but these last 45 days it's been blacking out. Hope you get yours fixed too.

@@latkagravas986 yeah its a regular FHD non 4K tv, but I think its the inversor since shows images in the dark when pointing a light at it, I just have to change that piece.

Hello, my lg tv turns on half i think, it shows brighter black screen as if it turned on but does not show anything at all unlike your tv showing the hdmi source. Mine looks unresponsive to controler even though the indicator dot of the tv shows that it is receiving the signal from controler, the screen does not move at all.

Every thing is working but there I cannot open the home options with settings because the screen is coming black and i cannot see the option so can you tell me what to do that will help me a lot . My TV is Sony Bravia . pls I need help and pls reply at this comment . by holding the power button it works it comes for some time but after some seconds it again goes back to the black screen . the sound comes perfectly but the display doesn't come .
