we know value of bs & weight of 5 ply box. Then how calculate value of bf paper & GSM of paper

for that you have Cut out 10cm x 20cm a piece of the box and put it into the water after10 min.they are form in separate Lear, than you can check the gsm value the first ,after use the next formula for your paper bf, box bs=paper gsm x Approximate bf/1000=bursting value of paper, then match the your box bs.for box bs calculation use the next formula for this base paper bs + for flute paper bs 50 % less for paper bursting value. example :specification 5 ply = all 100 gsm 16 bf for base paper bursting value is 1.6 kg for flute paper bs value is 1.6 - 0.8=.8 kg(If the paper is folded in fluting, its strength will be reduced),Like that calculate the all five paper bursting value 1.6+0.8+1.6+0.8+1.6 =calculate box bs is 6.4 .kg per cm.weight only can be only affected in gsm The bursting power from it can not be calculate.
