    You make such hard work look like a piece of cake !! You re the man Champ !! I am 46, started burpees 5 months ago, which i include in my weekly workouts. Doin 200 straight, 250 on a good day. Tried 2 pumps yesterday & did 100 straight than continued another 100 1 pumps. I am an ex smoker & alcaholic. Changed life style thanks to people like u & iron wolf. Keep strong mate 💪

    Smooth with it , I get anxiety when I get about 20 burpees away close to my set goal of my routine. But I get through it . I think is happiness that I'm accomplishing my my goal for the day lol

    I'm struggling with the creeper burpee and I can't tell if it's from coordination or lack of strength. Do you suggest training for the creeper by doing other types of burpees to build strength, or should you instead struggle through them until the movement becomes more fluid? Thanks!

    Practice the move outside the workout. Take it slow. Do core workouts related to the move like planks. Let me know if this helps.
