Really good recipe! I made it day before yesterday for my sisters bday at ‘twas an absolute hit! Though I never added any chicken but still the rice was very flavourful. I had a big menu that day with my hands full for other dishes so this one recipe of rice was very quick n easy to make which was a relief. So much tastier than other fried rice recipes and so much easier than em too.

I loved it ….. I had lettuce so I replaced spring onion with it … I only added carrots 🥕, capsicum 🫑 and mushroom 🍄… also replaced chicken with eggs … was delicious…Thank you for sucha a quick and easy recipe

Just tried the recipe. I had to use Japanese short grain rice, so there were a few extra steps to make sure the rice didn't stick together. I also threw in a few eggs and some cabbage to round it out. But I'm pretty happy with the result. Definitely will be making this again.
