Yea i prefer it. Its more about rhe racing and takedowns than the open world and navigation gimmick.

Daniel Crompton Totally agree, although at the moment I'd like to see any new burnout instead of the nfs games. Just getting repetitive now. Nothing will ever beat takedown tho : )

Personally I think Burnouts graphics need to be a little rough around the edges. It makes it look and feel gritty but in a good way :D

Dude me and my brother was literally JUST talking about how much we missed this game and that they would never remaster this classic. And here it is haha

I remember burnout on ps2. Racing pickup trucks and causing massive chaos from the blow up scenarios

This game was awesome but it always drove me nuts that map wasn’t always facing north. Does anyone know if you can change that in the options?

I thought remaster meant that the graphics were supposed to be brought up to date? This legit still looks like a an early ps3 game.

Can you still do drift challenges and is there still the option to blow up your car when you crash during a race to ruin the nearest car??

it was the best game of it's time...but this is too little to come up after a decade...

I put lots of hours into the original when I had Radeon HD 3300 integrated graphics. Now I have a GTX 970. I'm so gonna buy the remaster. It's $10 right now. I'm excited :D

2:40 the lack of track boundarys is the biggest Problem I have with this Game. It is just straight up impossible for me, to look at the Map or the GPS on top, and yes I mean impossible. A viewer of mine called it "Tunnel vision" and I think it fits. They really should have giving us the option to enable them. Like it is now, I have 0 chance in races, because I always drive wrong.

Except bringing back the damage model from the 1.0 version which actually allowed the engine to be shoved through the dash if u slam into a wall hard enough and the more violent rollovers

Road Rage and Showtime (crash mode) are the essence of Burnout but Burnout 3 Takedown is superior in my opinion

0:59 I se no change in graphics. I played the original 10 hours agao, and this remastered looks the same. For a remastered it is really not good looking, when I think about the original.

WRONG, it does look better but it is missing a key element! No crash mode! What! I just paid $40 for LESS game? Unless I find how to do the crash mode, this is far less of a game that the original.

Does it include multiplayer? That would make it much more worth it

would have rather see them make a new open world game in the 10 years. like the opposite of paradise tho. burnout skid row... dirty, rainy city with bad weather more train tracks and race in the sewer with the ninja turtles. splinter too ok? because this is the same game still. it would be cool if read dead redemption 2 was instead just a remaster of read dead redemption. that would have been cool but its even cooler that there is red dead redemption 2 and I didn't play many good ctirerion game in 10 years so what did they do instead. spend your money on coke that they made from selling you toy car dlc and party
