I had a right knee replacement from 9 months ago, everything is very good, my recovery has been hard but I already walk, I climb under stairs, I do these exercises very well, they help me and encourage me to continue working, thank you from Barcelona!!

Did this in doctor's waiting room with no sound on. They were great moves and passed the time in a healthy way . Yes, I was stared at but I'm too old to care .
