Hey your welcome! Overall I would say both are pretty diverse and accepting but where I notice the most diversity would be in North Oakville

Depending on what you are looking for anywhere from 2000 - 4000 per month. Best way to get an idea is to look on Facebook Marketplace for the current rentals based on your criteria
