Love super crawl festival in September
Thank you
LL Places looks good and clean but how are they for seniors to live in and will have the freedom of going out for waks without fear?
Do yourself a favor ... do not move here. Hamilton is Hell ... trawna came and brought their murder and crime and homelessness
Nive video thank you
Lincoln is not a town! It’s an area of communities! It includes Beamsville, Vineland etc. my parents lived in Beamsville. They built many new homes but didn’t update the infrastructure, so traffic at times is awful. Crime has gone up too.
Cambridge is expensive. I lived there.
Are there a lot of hindus there? If so, I'm out

1:52 just shows how people value that independence. HOA sucks!
I live in Hamilton Ontario and the areas you said would be good to live in I would not want to live there in those areas
Thanks for the feedback. What areas are you referring to? As the areas I first mentioned in the video are the industrial areas which I know some of my clients want to avoid and hence why it's one of the top questions I get. The areas I recommended later in the video are Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek I know many clients who love to call these places home but it does depend on what you looking for and your budget.
Some agents are sneaky and list it as a freehold even though they have the road maintenance fee
No doubt it's frustrating when some agents misrepresent what they are selling. But you are correct that there are cases where a freehold property will have a small road maintenance fee, ~$100, associated with it. This would be called a parcel of tied land. Essentially, you're buying a freehold property, but it's on a private road, and therefore, all the residents on the street will pitch in to have it maintained.
How about St. Mary's Elementary? 😉
That's another great school! Was rated a score of 7.6 in the most recent Fraser institute rankings.
Hey Man! fellow realtor here. You're doing an amazing job on KZread! I admire the consistency and passion.
Thanks so much my man! I truly appreciate that!
Any family friendly neighborhoods in Hamilton for a 450-500k budget
You will be able to find some smaller detached homes and townhomes on the Hamilton Mountain under 500K however the most amount of options under 500K you will find in the central Hamilton. In that area i'd recommend looking into the east side. Send me an email at [email protected] to discuss further.
Where do you get 2 hours to Toronto
I got it from google maps as you can see at 0:47. The Estimated drive time google provides is 1 Hour and 45 Mins. So just under 2 hours.
@@LivingInHamiltonOntarioCanadaToronto is no where near two hours. Your Google Maps search was probably during a serious congestion within the GTA. It’s a solid hour to get to Etobicoke.
Fair it could have had some extra congestion in the GTA and Toronto. But I would say traffic is fairly typical when driving to Toronto. Also the end point wasn't Etobicoke it was Union Station so people can compare how long it takes with the train vs driving to the same location
Perfect run down on caledonia. Thanks.
Thank you! Glad you found it helpful!
Amenities was spelled wrong.
Dang, good eye! Must have slipped through the cracks when I was reviewing all the edits. I'll keep my eye out for this in the future. Thanks!
It's a good habit if you are going to be critical to also offer a positive comment. I think Matthew makes excellent content, deserves more subs, as it's a unique take on marketing!
Thanks so much Steve for all your support! Much appreciated!
Can I live here if I'm not pure-veg, non-veg, from one of two Indian states? And female only? I don't want to share my basement apartment with any more than 15 people. Can I have alternatives to tiffin service? Sorry, I confounded Brantford with Brampton, which is....would you like to tell us?
You can live here if you eat only veg or all meat or somewhere in between. And yup you can be a female only live here as well. And it sounds like you are talking about Brampton as that's where that news story was of 15 people living in the basement and while that occasionally happens some how. More often you can find a bunch of basement rentals where you are the only one or have only 1 roommate.
How is Hamilton to stay in a 1Bed rental apartment and travelling 3 times a week via car to Mississauga for work? I personally like greenery and away from the hussel bussel of city.
You can find many 1 bed rentals close to green space and local shops here. Communiting to work would varry. I have some clients that don't mind driving others prefer to talk the go train into downtown Toronto and I have other clients who want to live closer to Toronto to cut down the commute. I would budget between an hour and hour and half going one way depending on the traffic and location in Toronto you are driving to.
@@LivingInHamiltonOntarioCanadaWhat would be rent for 1 Bed Apartment and Studio Apartment?
There is quite a bit of employment opportunity in Cambridge. The largest employer is TOYOTA Motor Corp., then there is BWX or formerly Babcock and Wilcox. Many others also; one would need to check the Golden Triangle Business directory. This is what I did when I hung out my shingle back in 2005. I have gotten to like Cambridge a lot over the years. Some of the best neighbourhoods are a little off the beaten path but that's what makes them so nice and unique. My neighbourhood is one of the main drags through town with rush hour traffic a little challenging. But it has many plusses and we put up with it. After 7 or 8 PM it quiets right down to residential status except for the odd idiot or emergency vehicle. The biggest plus is that we get immediate snow removal and our sidewalk plowed, too!
That's amazing to hear how much you enjoy living in Cambridge! Thanks for sharing!
Great video!! Very eye opening to see which regions are performing the best on this market.
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoy the breakdown of the different regions!
You talk too fast, breathe.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll work on the pacing.
I found his pacing just perfect. informative and straight to the point!
Thanks so much stellah! I appreciate it!
Kind of makes me want to move to one of these, I love walkable cities!
That's awesome to hear! I know how much i love having a walkable neighbourhood also!
People want to see PRICE CHANGES broken down by neighborhood. Not number of listings. Only real estate agents want to focus on that.
@@matta7215 good to know! Luckily later in the video we dive more into the different regions and see what’s going on in each region.
Your comparing a town that just became a city to a mega city (Hamilton). There is no comparison. They should just merge Brantford into Hamilton as it is right beside Ancaster.
Your right! They are different in a lot of aspects including the size. Maybe one day they will merge, who knows!
I grew up in brierpark area in brantford an i can say it is a great neighborhood to raise a family
That's amazing! It is truly a great option for families!
nice beaches very swim'able, even to tan , people are respectful, Mapleview shopping cntr is great for shopping, prices the same as anywhere else, lotsa music festivals in summer & concerts lakeshore, including next door in Hamilton, Oakville, safe to walk at night.... very quiet, peaceful in summer.. amazing city bus service riding to oakville, even Hamilton. Affordable... tiny quaint uptown area with city hall... cafes, bistros, bakeries. Nice for cycling... you'll really enjoy living here...
So many amazing things about living in Burlington! I'm glad you agree!
Thank you so much again for informations man I appreciate ! Good job

What about part time jobs opportunities around Milton?
Yup! There is a decent amount of part time Jobs with Milton. Best place to do more research would be on indeed on zip recruiter
Okay appreciate it 🙂
Does it have lawn tennis court as well? And do they teach/train people?
Not sure if you can find grass courts most time they are asphalt courts or indoor courts. But yea you can find multiple spots to learn how to play
There are 19 outdoor tennis courts in the region if you want indoor tennis and training there are a couple within a half hour drive in Guelph or Stratford

Is Hamilton bear prone? Or is it safe?
Hamilton is safe! No bears here! Only animals you may see are really deer, squirrels and raccoons.
It is not "mountainview" but it is "mountview" school. 😀

Landsdale is very walkable with lots of interesting buildings dotted around, though for some people certain areas might feel a bit sketchy after dark.

Hi! Is there a hospital?
None in Caledonia but just a short drive away you can find West Haldimand General Hospital in Hagersville or also a bunch more hospitals in Hamilton,
Which are the most prestigious high schools in Caledonia?
McKinnon Park Secondary School is the only high school in Caledonia!
