My father was a short order cook, can't remember the exact words, over 50 years ago,in these kitchens behind close doors, you would be surprised what goes on, you wouldn't wanna eat in some of these places.Fantastic job my friend,at least you can see how the food is prepared.

А что, перчатки не могут быть грязными? Вот уж ерунда. Грязь на руках сразу почувствуешь, и руки помрешь, а вот на перчатках грязь никак не ощущается. Пока отпадывать не начнёт.

I just watched the video, didnt even have to eat it and I feel like I gained like 3 different diseases

So he removed his left glove to pick shells out of the eggs.

That's an all-purpose knife spatula, scissors,etc. never cleaned or saw anything sanitized. GOD bless these people eating this food. I wanted to know what he was making because it doesn't look like real meat. Those patties look like a paste substance, and I gotta keep watching to figure this out.

Got to remember in different parts of the world this kind of cooking is clean to the people in those countries. Not so long ago in the US, Canada and Europe food was prepared and cooked and even mixed with the cooks bare hands and no one died because all food was cooked well done like it should be. Some people may have washed their hands or rinse them off with water and most people cooking did not wash they hands and that was the way it was not so long ago.

Whats so hard about buying a box of disposable food worker clear plastic gloves? All he has to do is take off the gloves when collecting money then put the gloves back on so he doesnt contaminate the food with ecoli and other nasty bacteria. Cheap and lazy!

In fact I take veg sandwich instead of it on road but sometimes avoid due to insufficiency.
