Thank you for the very informative video!! I live in Germany and I also purchased a vintage Burberry Trench. Unfortunately the owner before washed it in her laundry so it definitely needs a reproof. I asked Burberry Germany where I can do it and they told me: it's not possible unless you have the original receipt. Not even if I wanna pay for it, they refuse to take the coat. Now I try to find a reproofing service that can handle this beautiful coat with the delicate leather buckles, it's not easy... But your coat looks absolutely gorgeous on you! Very good deal!

Wow, that’s so annoying that they won’t take it to reproof. I know some luxury cleaners here in the States do reproofing, but not sure about Germany. Hope you find a place to reproof yours soon. They definitely don’t make it easy 😅. Thanks for watching!

Great video! I actually picked my coat up today! Burberry actually dry cleaned, and reproofed my trench at no charge! So, definitely ask. And also return mine in the same garment bag when I went to pick it up. I will definitely have to do a video on my channel for my experience.. thanks again 😘
