Video footage of U.S. Air Force B-2 Spirit while testing its new 30,000 pound GBU-57A/B MOP
The test was conducted at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico on training targets, May, 2019.
A bunker buster is a type of munition that is designed to pierce hardened targets or targets buried deep underground, such as military bunkers.
The MOP is designed to accomplish a difficult, complicated mission of reaching and destroying an adversary's targets located in well-protected facilities.

If you've seen the SpaceX boosters return to the landing pad they have the folding honeycomb/grid style airfoils for control surfaces near where the booster separates. Same principle with the GBU-57, but the reason they fold out instead of stationary in this case, is that the fins wouldnt fit into the bomb-bay of the B-2 otherwise. For the Booster rocket its to reduce drag on the way up.,

@@TheExecutioner4 HaHaHa... a whooping one whole aircraft was shot down out of ten thousand sorties flown through the teeth of Soviet air-defense. That's really impressive on the part of the USSR 😂 Yes, I know that the system that shot down the F-117 was old🙄. People that crow over this one monumental shoot down clearly know zilch about the subject. It's astonishing that a score of these first-generation stealth aircraft were not killed, because the USAF had planned that that would happen. Stealth is not magic, it takes only the tiniest mistake in maintenance for it to return a signal. And when there's enough energy blasted into the sky to fry a T Rex it's a wonder no more were hit by SAMs. Not to mention even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every once in awhile. Yeah, go to Serbia and gloat over your one whole victory. It's not much but at least it's something 🤭
