it feels so much like a love letter to the original bully and its motifs that it feels like its made by a talented fan

I know this was already debunked in theory two, but another game I recall hearing Shawn Lee compose the soundtrack for is Zombie Playground. Just my two cents on the matter.

Huh, I actually never knew that at all, must've slipped my eyes because it's on his Discogs' page.

As an amateur composer, those songs are very, very basic and someone with low musical composition skills could make them whithout much problem. For me, there is a high chance that it's a hoax and the songs were made by Isee_isee or someone else that has nothing to do with Bully. However, there is no evidence to confirm that, so we may never kwow. It could be official leaked OSTs.

So sad that rockstar is never going to make bully 2

I keep seeing people say this every year and I ignore it just hoping some trailer will randomly be dropped or announced, but time just keeps going on and it’s so worrying. Are they really NEVER gonna make it…

Honestly i cant imagine with bully 2 with the modern graphics, id rather have bully 2 with these vintage graphics hell i even prefer the ps2 textures over PC, probably just me tho

That's not really how it works. Sometimes things to get leaked for quite a while before anything happens to them. It's just two soundtracks so I doubt they're worth copywriting if it's just like 10 secs of it

You say this and yet the unused "graveyard" track from Bully was posted online about a year back and Rockstar don't care

Big ups for making this video! Even though it has been quite some time since these "leaks", I've never forgot about them. In fact, I have fond memories of sitting at my desk back in 2019, listening to these over and over, getting excited for a potential Bully sequel, and at the same time envisioning in my head what the missions tied to these songs would be like. Good times!

Regardless whether or not these tracks are real, I do like them and think they would fit perfectly in a Bully game if a sequel was to be made and went in a slightly darker route. The 'Loading Theme' here reminds me of those old concept art of the school that you can see in the PS2 manual for Bully

i have a feeling that if Bully 2 was made with the original concept of Jimmy being sent to summer camp it would've taken a slightly darker tone

I remember hearing these on Reddit and being so hyped because they sounded legit and gave a more dark feeling to what it seemed like an imminent sequel...

this feels so nostalgic i remember watching nathan back in 2017 and 2018.

I think it's genuine but from a different build that got leaked. Either that or it's concept music based on an outline of the story. That's why the music is so repetitive and barely changes unlike most of Shawn's work. He had nothing to play off other than the script or screenplay. That could also be why it wasn't such a big deal to Rockstar. Because 1. The game was cancelled, and 2. It's not that important.

Something worth noting is that the ending cliffside music sounds pretty similar to Fleeting Joy from the RDR2 OST. Could it possibly be an unused version of the song?

I mean, these really don't sound like complicated songs. I think anyone should fairly be able to create these on their own. But, if they are, in fact, from bully 2, then I like them. I like the eerie, dark vibe they're giving off.

I could be wrong but I swear like back in 2016,17 maybe Shawn mentioned Woody Jackson in some interview. The leaked soundtracks sound very woody Jackson to me personally especially his RD2 work but god only knows. Infuriating I can’t exactly remember when/where Woody Jackson was mentioned and by who. I also thought Gary would return as the antagonist from that dev interview.

I still really hope Bully 2 comes out someday... There's just something about games set in school that make me feel weirdly nostalgic. I played Bully when I was a lot younger and even back then I got this weird feeling inside, the only thing I can call it is nostalgia, despite me being younger than Jimmy at the time. Now I'm 24 and just things set in school, high-school and specifically american schools make me feel hurt inside for some reason, and I've never understood why. Hopefully we could get another open-world game set in school, like Bully 2. c: I was hoping Hogwarts Legacy could give me a fix of that, but after seeing what 'classes' are actually like when compared to even an older game like HP and the Order of the Phoenix I completely lost interest. It's not a school game, it's just a fantasy RPG... Really wish there were more school games... :(

I think it's definitely something fan made. Although my reasoning for it might not be very strong. The loading theme seems to take some cues from the Lighthouse safehouse music so it might be a bit of a remix for it. Both songs have a type of melancholy and "echo" to them which is something some fans do when making fanmade music for GTA 6. The Finale song sounds very similar to various fan songs I've heard for GTA 5 and 6. They are from the Bully Beta, roughly around 2005, I could be wrong, but probably from around that time.
