Bulldog is so incredible bad on this hero.
I tried this strat myself but honestly I don't see what you gain from it. Unless you are offlane you are stealing a wave of XP from your team, and at best the enemy misses every last hit under tower (but still gets the XP). Perhaps you could bring your whole team top and dive them under tower with your creeps tanking, but again doesn't see worth it when you could just gank them at the rune fight without much risk.

You are poobably new here. Sniper is a pro player/
