This is their 9th appearance in Immortal Songs 2 but I'm still amazed at how they are able to deliver different yet unique performances. Also, they show improvement every performance. I personally love how they harmonize while Moonbyul raps and their four-part harmonization.

Esra Turgut BTOB yi Mamamoo sayesinde tanıdım. İkisinin beraber Special Stage i vardı. Birbirlerinin şarkılarını coverlamışlardı. Vokallerini çok iyi bulup sevmiştim.K-Pop u yeni dinlemeye başladım. Mamamoo ilk grubum olduğu için onların yeri ben de ayrı. Her albümlerini aldım - pahalı olsada-. Aslında bu da ilk yorumumdu benim. Normalde sadece beğenirdim ama içimden yazmak geldi.

This is the first time they change their 'formula' and have Solar to open the song (it's usually the maknaes who did). I have to say, it's really nice to hear her lower register (I don't see anyone commenting on this). Wheein, as usual, balancing the performance while Hwasa adds that unique vocal of hers with full emotion that makes me teary. Moonbyul... I know that people will always have a mixed opinion about her rap in ballad songs, but what's great from her rap in this: it's emotional, 'poetic', even. I even thought that her part must be a love confession or something similar... which is somewhat true when I read the translation. It's just like the first time I listened to Love Story of A Girl where I felt that her rap was misplaced and didn't match with the song - but it gets better and better as I listened to it more and read the lyrics. Mamamoo, you've done a great job! Thanks for giving us another great performance here in IS2 :)

Great comment! Sometimes when Moonbyul is rapping emotionally and the other three are trying to sing over her and she persists with her rap it can be the highlight of the song.

Moonbyul has nice vocals too, I feel always adding rap is such a waste! Personally I think rap is also unnecessary, but I guess some people like it. It does suit her image, especially if she has cool moves and smirks like she can 😍. It's a tough job to be a vocalist next to the likes of Celine Dion and Beyonce, but I think she can bring something nice to the mix (and still be cool 😎).

There is something that has been bothering me, as real moomoo's we know that moonbyul has a really good singing voice. But come on guys she enjoys rapping it's moonbyul's passion. Please stop assuming and feeling bad for her because she 'doesn't have singing lines' , she is not a rapper for nothing, she loves what she does and so do I. I love this performance, I love mamamoo and I wouldn't want to change a thing.

+J Blanco I'm not sure that's quite right. I understood that she auditioned as a singer, but they needed a rapper, so... I've heard several times that she finds it difficult to stand around for a long time doing nothing until her rap comes up (where she's the center of everyone's attention). I'm pretty sure she would very much like to sing more than just the epic harmonies she's a part of. Love and Hate (my jam!) and Paint Me are starting to turn this around.

it was so hard to find the melody with this arrangement, i think they kept adding different instruments and everything didn't overlap as nicely. I still wish the guitar was the main, it sounded so good... their vocals definitely saved it though

this isn't moonbyul's best rapping tbh... she sometimes seems to have issues with slower songs (i noticed this in their song Draw Draw and Draw) but she totally makes up for it with her harmonizing! solar and wheein's high notes and hwasa's soul are always precious

Their vocals never cease to amaze me! 😍 Love the fact that we can also hear Moonbyul in the harmonies as well! But I don't really feel that this song arrangement made the best of their abilities or their unique characters in my personal opinion (it seemed a bit fragmented). But overall, I don't mind if they won or not; they showed us yet another astonishing performance! 👏👏👏

Even though the rap seems misplaced, this perfomance still beautiful af, it's just we set the bar too high for Mamamoo. I think it was the song itself that doesn't do it for me.

not their best but considering their heavy promotion of delcacomanie at the time and other events and fan meetings plus prep for concert, they still gave a nice and pretty performance. it was one of those soothing and cleansing type feel of performances. during that time wheein was especially sick out of the 4. mamamoo fighting! rest well and please take care of yourself

what I'll say is that hwasa's vocal power was so 100% this time. she sounded air-y? maybe she wanted to match the song cause it's a slower song idk. the rap part was only weird at the beginning cause it clashed with the harmony. moonbyul adding to the harmony at the end tho made me happy cause I wanna hear her sing more. even with these little faults they still sounded good. solar and wheein were amazing as always.

personally it was not one of their Best performances.... solar's high notes helped pull this song through but moonbyul's rap in this song felt a bit misplaced in this.... that's just my unpopular opinion though... don't need no bashing

maybe they didnt have time to rearrange the song because of comeback preparations, they slayed this performance though :) i prefer them doing immortal sogs a lil bit after their comeback because then theyd be able to prepare more awesome performancesss

Nikita Kumari i love moonbyul and thats also one constructive criticism I want her to know. its not the rap feels misplaced but often she still lacks emotional feels to do rap in ballad songs... the only emotional rap ballad I liked from her is in I Miss You :(.

I really wish to see Moonbyul sing more in their performances and not just rap and harmonize all the time. I hope she gains more confidence in singing solo parts quick.
