I say it every time they perform at Immortal Songs, but this might be my favorite performance ❤ That raw emotion in their voices, the perfect harmonies and Byuls heart wrenching rap that feels like a poem... My goodness, Mamamoo, you managed to blow me away once again. Never letting go 😚

Rapping and poetry are both forms of lyricism, and even if a poem isn't read as rapping, it still has a rhythm. So it's not too surprising that you'd think it was like a poem. It'd be more surprising to me if you felt like it wasn't.

Werewolf211 Right :D I was merely pointing out that her rap in this performance felt more like a recital of a poem rather than what is considered to be the more "traditional" rap. Especially with the emotional delivery of her very touching lyrics and the ongoing story that she's telling. It's a quality that is really rare among idols and that I really appreciate 😄

When you understand barely any word, but the ballad get's your tears flowing anyway - then they did everything right. That performance is so beautiful.

Moonbyul's rapping style is very unique. It sounds so raw, emotional and very poetic.

벌써 몇칠째 자기전에 듣고있지만 지루하지가않네요 저 다른 목소리와 개성들이 저런화음을...........믿고 들을수밖에 없는 마마무네요

Mamamoo has always been delivering impressive stages, touching performances on Immortal Songs 2 but this stage particularly, is just full of raw emotions. This performance is by far the best I've seen from them (although their other performances are all legendary). I'm really proud to call myself a moomoo.

Yeah this one is really good although "Flying into the night sky" still remains my favorite to this day. That seemed like it was cut straight out of a musical performance. So awesome. This one was pure emotion on the other kind. Very impressive especially considering their age. God I shutter with excitement to think what heights they might yet reach in the future.

Watching this in 2023. They just keep getting better.

you can see that immortal songs is really mamamoo's stage. they thrive here and they belong here, like it's their home. they always manage to move me everytime they perform. even though i don't understand the words, the way they convey the feelings and emotions of the songs through the way they sing and perform touch me everytime and make me feel like i actually understand the lyrics. i'm so lucky to know them. i'm so lucky to be able to see them perform on stages like this. they are simply raw talent and no one can take that away from them. it's always a privilege to witness them in their element like this. i will always root for them and they will always have my heart. thank you, mamamoo. 💜

One of my favourite things is watching the small clips of the original artists' reaction when they get hit with the MMM power, and this was very satisfying.

This performance brought me to tears just by listening to the raw emotion in their voices. Wheein, Hwasa and Solar are such amazing vocalists, I love all their voices. Let's stop comparing who's better because my girls came through and delivered. Our precious rapper Moonbyul was so passionate and commanded so much attention in this performance and i'm so happy she got a lot of parts :') My favourite immortal songs 2 performance from them has always been 'Backwoods' but hands down this performance takes the crown. I have so much love and respect for this group, it would be such an honor to see them live one day. Mamamoo please come to Australia

This performance was beyond perfection! I've gotten chills .. It was so emotional~ Hyejin's voice almost like singing her raw emotions at 4:10 .. WheeSun harmonization ... Byul's rap/poem I lost it during the 5:12 final, Byul building it up with her fierce rap, WheeSa harmonizing behind her, Solar's high note and finally all of them harmonizing .. What a live ! Certainly one of their best IS2 perfomances !
