Hey Sam, Just something I did t my Tonner that was quite easy, you guys were talking drop tanks, but if your looking for an easy way to get more fuel capacity, a second OEM tank will fit on the opposite side with just a filler neck entry change, the rest bolts in & you have doubled your fuel capacity. Just thought I'd pass that one on. Love your channel, keep up the good work!! Cheers Steve Northern Rivers NSW

Consider the time your engine runs whilst vehicle stationary before this bedding the rings under load. The rings are going to bed during cam run in, more in a moment. The hone is not supposed to cut the ring, consider cast iron rings as opposed to moly etc, still going to cut? hmmm. All engines wear in mating componentry, that's why you do an early oil change to remove microscopic particulates or other contaminant ingress from assemnly. Mating will wear down high surface contact until median reached whereby lubrication then enables minimal wear over extended period i.e. years. This equates to fractions of a micron, if it's thousands then Huston you got a problem. On initial start up motor should immediately be run up to 3000 rpm for 20 mins to harden the lobes on the cam hence not grinding lobe off from binding on lifter. Good to see you checked ring gap but the oil ring carrier backing ring goes on piston a given direction. That secret is old school & you wont find it in a book. Good job though lads, nice to see these older utes back on the road where they should be. Cheers

For a naturally aspirated engine, you gonna want a 2.5 inch exhaust, it creates the best performance. Any bigger and the exhaust back pressure is too low and you lose torque. Though 3 inch'll sound better
