13400 looks good. I have a couple white similar Antec cases, they are very nice to build in (a bit smaller than my main gaming rig 's case) but has everything I need and the color coding is neat for me to help find out faster where to plug things. Not sure when I will upgrade still have 9600k 3060 32gb ddr4, I play a lot of older games like MMOs though could boot up Hogwarts to see just how it fares just haven't. Heard more lower end gpus come in April.

would be interesting to test this game out on hardware few gens back. its running rather poorly in some areas and i guess they will probably optimize the game with patches the further they go.... still a 3060 and 9600K is rather solid, if you OC it can rock on for a while :)

I like that you added the discussion about the 13600 vs the 13400. Someone might want to do some video editing, or other production work that would benefit from the 13600. However, for pure gaming, the 13400 looks like a good - less expensive - choice, especially paired with a mid range GPU. But, I do have to point out that Nvidia's pricing is insane. Buying a new 4070ti would cost more than all of the rest of the computer!

Same discussion I'm having with myself right now. Happy with the rest of my 13700k and wouldnt mind the graphics bump but man that price.

Well honestly the 13400 could do light video production if you don't need the fastest thing around. And yes, pricing is still very insane and unbalanced, and as of now no news on lower tier GPU's in sight

Yes it's up to 170mm and the nhd with fan is 165 but fan + ram compatibility should be verified, cuz placing the fan higher due to ram clearance might cause an issue with the big boy NHD15
