You’ve got great QBs, then you have great offensive weapons to build your system QB around (tua, dak, purdy, etc.)

Stats wise Allen is definitely a Mahomes equivalent. Top 2. Even in the playoffs he shows up and gives it his all. Sadly football is a team sport and the rest of the team lets him down in the playoffs. Put Allen on the Chiefs and we’d see how good he really is.

I know no one will talk about this but I just got thinking of the o-line Carr had for a couple years in Oakland, and god damn it was stacked. Kolton Miller (though wasn’t as good as he is now, but still solid) at LT, Richie Incognito who was still pretty good at LG, Rodney Hudson (one of if not the best in the league at the time) at C, Gabe Jackson at RG (who was really solid), and Trent Brown at RT, like that was a GOOD o-line, I think the issue was that it never played games together as a unit because every game I’m pretty sure at least 1 or more of them would be out with injury. I’m not a raiders fan, but I played o-line in school so like I always have an appreciation for the offensive line, and I just remember being in high school thinking “man, if they play together and avoid injury, that’s top 3 o-line in the league”

That said NE is kind of involved with that seeing as how as the other guy said, you had Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, both of which were, "New England's hand me downs" Baker is a solid qb though, i wouldn't put him in the highest tiers of qbs by any means, but he is definitely an above average qb based off of last years stats. If he plays consistently as well as he did last year, there isn't any reason whatsoever that the Bucs cant at least be playoff contenders for at least the duration of his contract.

@@mastermindspeaksallfacts9248 Think this guy is just a bandwagon meat rider. I personally can't stand the Cowboys or most of their fan, but even I'll admit that Dak can be a good qb. Same for Kirk. Admittedly, yes Dak does have rough playoff performance, but I would kind of be a hypocrite to bash him for that as a Baltimore fan. Part of enjoying the sport is being able to admit when certain players on your team are bad, or ones on other teams are good. A lot of people just seem to want to downplay other teams that aren't their favs because they're just too biased. I get it, it's hard for me to admit someone like Mahomes is as talented as he is after he just sent my team home after such an amazing run, but he is nonetheless. I can not like the guy or the team as a whole all i want, that doesn't mean that the players are bad or aren't talented.
