We almost finished A Log Post and Beam Wooden House. It's an interesting build if you looking for something else than a log house, but with a similar wood feel. It's not necessarily a more complex build, but the process and the solutions are different from a log house build. This is the 9th episode where we build the walls and more.

Крышу надо было утеплить с перехлестом каждого последующего слоя, чтоб стыки слоев не попадали в одном месте!)

That is all good but we need to see how a electrician or plumber does to do the inside without seeing the pipes or cable. Or the heating without seeing the channels inside. That would be an interesting video, I believe.

@@naturalloghouse It's very strange don't use vapor barrier liner, it's important to prevent moisture due to different temperature and pressure.
Poor li'l sheepies! I can just hear the comments from the flock: "Duude! Worst! Haircut! EVAR!!!" But it's great that you're using natural, available materials. And the house is looking great!!!

How much need to pay for an house like this one?
Great job, guys. But I don't understand how you can live in such a house, because there will be a lot of rodents and insects in the insulation and this house will turn into a nest for them. Or is there something I don't understand?

What is the cost for the Natural home? Nice craftsmanship, but something under a 1 million might be more enlightening. What the motivated DIYer can do with lots of sweat and blood a little money is equally as amazing. Full scribe logs, timber frame post and beam foundation 2 story 1200 Sq ft. Solar metal roof . Under 10k. Is totally doable. But you gotta do the work. Not turnkey. All said and done about 7 months. Luck to you all.

It doesn't seem you are aware that the wool you stuck behind the wall.. has to be washed, clean and treated.. I will guarantee you code enforcement will make take it out especially if they see this video or you try to sell this house..Not smart.. You can't have barn yard stuff in R-1 property..
okay I get it, building a log home, but the way u r building it is so far from how they were built in the late 1700's and all through the 1800's makes ur way a joke. sure if I had all the tools u guys have I too could build probably something better than what u r building. You r insulting the way log homes use to be built
