With that custom exhaust, the sound is fantastic. You are the only person who put Hellcat in magnum that Dodge never did. This is a tremendous project.

Actually there’s a few people that have put a hellcat engine in a magnum, which in itself isn’t easy and it is awesome What Dave did was BUILD a magnum out of a newer body style charger AND put a hellcat in it…but he didn’t stop there, he also made it AWD. THAT is beyond what anybody else has done.

This is not just a front end swap like most are doing, he literally cut up a magnum and a charger, and fused them!

I agree with your decision on sticking with mufflers. I think no mufflers would make it objectionably loud to other people as well as yourself, especially at WOT, as well as cruise. I can't remember how long I've been watching these videos, must be 3yrs, maybe longer. Congrats.

Dave, I Have been here from the Get I remember when you 1st started this Project and you were saying how fast it was gonna go. I commented one time it is gonna take a lot longer than we all think but looking back I am so glad you did not rush it and who cares how long it takes if in the end, you don't like it So I always say take your time and enjoy the process peace love and good vibes Sean (Vermont)

Been following this build for nearly 4 years now, so excited to see it all finally coming together into the last stretch. Small suggestion, but look into getting a product called NoRinse Wash and Shine. It's a versatile product that can be used in different ratios to either make a rinseless wash or a spray bottle of instant detailer. This would be excellent for getting that dirt and dust off of your carefully painted car (yeah I followed through that whole process). Keep at it, really looking forward to finally seeing this driving. I do ask about what you have planned for that small rear window and how you intend to frame that out and mount it.

I always say for anyone complaining about how long it's taking for this build, can't rush greatness! This is a 1 of 1 build that's done to OEM+ in every aspect. Can't wait for the finished project Dave.

That is so awesome. You’re almost at the finish line. Once you get to put it on the road, have you thought of who’s going to insure it and for how much value. I’m thinking Haggerty through a farmers agent, since it is a custom build. Not to mention it’s a one of one.

Awesome JD《☆》Sweet Build👍🏾🍺🤳Too bad DODGE never did it. Great sounding exhaust. I like the factory X pipe better. I think the MagnaFlow style causes the gas pulses to interupt each other. The OEM style allows for a balance of the 2 pipes but doesn't force the gasses to swap sides imho✌🏼😎☯️

About the exhaust, I think for a car built this clean, it needs to sound more refined, I know the caveman rock throwers inside us all love it loud, she needs to be clean!

You could run a cutout/valved exhaust. Have one route through the muffler and have the other bypass the muffler
