This is the baddest man on you tube!!! He single handily created a car any car love would buy. The craftsmanship is flawless. Thank you brotha for taking on a job that dodge wouldn’t.

Nice to see you back on the wagon Dave! A lot was done today. Looking forward to the startup next video.
I am so stoked to see her roll on her own power. I have not missed an episode and have watched every minute including the wire harness ones as painful as they were they all had purpose and that my friend is why you are on #100. Attention to detail does that. See ya on the next one Dave.

I love this build. Just love it. At first I thought how much I would love to buy that from you when it was done. But now, I don't think so. It's SO CUSTOM that repairing it or getting parts for it will be beyond my skillset. I can only envision a nightmare trying to repair anything. But I still love it.

On the other hand there's 100 episodes, soon more, of documentation essentially which is a lot more than you typically get when buying something second hand. If any of the cars I bought used over the years had anywhere near this level of documentation, or even a fraction, I would be ecstatic and it would've made life much easier. That said, skill sets required on this build are..... Wow.
ILL SAY IT AGAIN......BEST BUILD ON KZread......NEW MEXICO LOVE.......CANT WAIT FOR THE FIRST FULL SEND!!!!!
Respect to you dave take your time nobody not doing this. building a car from ground up ppl talking about the time but the question is can you do it
You’re my hero!…I enjoy just watching how meticulous you are with this thing. One thing on my bucket list is to rebuild a junkyard car. I don’t have not even 5% of the skill you have, but you give me hope. Thanks for sharing your journey with this cool build!
Dave this is the coolest build i have seen in years. Thank you for months of great content.
Glad to see you're back working on the Hellcat Wagon. Can't wait to see it down and running since the starting of you making it. I loved watching you do the roof skin and AWD swap. Keep it up.

It's good that you are on episode 100, it means that you've got a lot done towards completing your project. My project is still on episode zero, which means that I haven't started it yet. Too many other things to do before I can get to it.

@@k.k.hickey1725 they also have a team of full time employees who spend 40+ hours a day dedicated to one car.. most of those show cars you see have cookie cutter parts that bolt on anyways that’s not very impressive beside their bodywork. You must not have built a car from the ground up it takes some time especially when you’re building something that hasn’t been done before

Dave is quite the fabricator and designer, but it's good to see he is willing to try other fabricators and designer's products. That driveshaft is a game changer! SEMA 2024 is looking good, but we know how detail-oriented Dave is and how the world works, so I'm going to say SEMA 2025 will be the moment the Rampage is 100% completed to Dave's plan and will shine for the world to see! We are along for the ride to the very end!
Fantastic work as always been following this project from the start.

Hey Dave, We were all wondering why you had stepped away for a while...now we know...After custom building a rear subframe that incorporated the durango e diff and all the other bits and then finding out it wasn't going to work after ceracoating everything etc etc etc.... Is such a gut punch...Wow...You needed to clear your head...Don't think of it as 'giving up' (I don't think you do anyways!) tho if any one in the comments plays the bottom lip, Just ignore them. The scope of this build is absolutely beyond, and it not having a custom tubular rear subframe as well as front and and and...Yes. Just get her running, enjoy it...and I'm sure you'll be ticking away all the time this thing is Incredible already and will keep evolving. Yay on seeing the finish line!!

Smart plan to keep it as close to stock to test it out. Then you can decide what you would like to change. After working out any bugs.

On that rear knuckle/control arm sliding sleeve. Mopar has a kit that you tap the sleeve and use a puller to remove it. The kit comes with new sleeves to replace it with. They are a one time use sleeve. Although I personally have reused them, that’s how they were designed.

Yeah its just not needed I have never seen a sleeve like that in an aluminum knuckle the only thing it it for is slop

@@Junkyard_Dave Yep. I think it’s for tolerance differences. However everything is machined you would think it would all be the same.

Use that space for the front driveshaft for loops to contain the shaft if it breaks.

@@Junkyard_Dave i believe its because you fell out of the algorithm. Your halt may have been the reason.
I completely forgot you made your own rear subframe for this thing. top notch stuff.
Front driveshaft will most likely get a longer shaft so you have more spline contact, looks like only half or less inserted... I've been looking at that brand, and others, of suspension components for greater adjustability, looking good there....
The Hagnum.

In a 4,800 lb wagon! Lol. I’m tired of my $40K blown big block on the chip all the time. Dropped it down to 6,800 till I get my 3.25’s in… Doesn’t help any… but at least it’s not 7K banging the chip… Btw… This wagon is going to be sick! 👍🤘👏
