Building a k series to chip tunes beat goes hard. Really feel like you're on the XP grind with this one, and max level is Turbo K hillclimb Miata.

@@butterbiskit999 Definitely a change in the music style for this one, but wanted something more mechanical and old school sounding.

Loving the build as I am also in the process of taking my kmiata to the next level. Just a FYI, kpower released a new baffle system that stopped the oil from entering the timing chain cover under heard breaking (my friend with a K24Z3 has the same issue) we are waiting for a reason to pull the oil pan to install them. They are like $35 or something like that and they look like they should solve most of the problems that the Z3 have oil wise.

@@TheLastBimzy I built my own version of that baffle years before Kpower release theirs(the idea has been around over a decade). It helped, but didn't fully solve the oil pressure issue.

Good shit! Man, the +90* on hardware is the worst, the TTY cheby stuff I've started dealing with scares the poop out of me too.

@@AndyFuntown it just feels like SOOO much additional torque on those fairly small bolts.

So glad to see things come together! Thank you for the videos. Ive enjoyed all of it! Nice vid again! That custom bracket from K-Power for the leg of the oil pump, whats its function and why is it needed?

@@Omeshan It's just providing a mounting point for the K20 oil pump that's retrofitted as part of the swap. Otherwise that leg of the pump is just hanging in the air unsupported.

@@wingman703 Thnaks! Ive also heard some things about using a s2000 oil pump as it holds higher revs better. Ill have to figure out my whole system there. I plan on using a K20 not a 24, so there will be slight differences
