It would just make bronze that's full impurities that make it bad for any kind of use. Pewter is already a tin alloy.

The original backyard foundry was one of my first bigger TKOR project. This one looks fantastic!
You know, I think Grant's first metal foundry was the video where I discovered him. I'd been watching a lot of forge-making videos (I was entertaining the idea of hobbyist knifemaking), and his showed up in the related videos. This is a really great update, and an awesome way to carry on his legacy. Thank you for doing what you do.

Really love the foundry, as a suggestion for the fire brick to shape better, I would use a power sander with a high grit for rough shaping then a small-to medium by hand to round off better
