Naw i burned several calories on that
Hey Justin! There was a reason Ol' Abe was known as "The Rail Splitter"! It about wore me out just watching! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! I agree that a bed of glowing coals is ideal for cooking. After the meal comes the bonfire. Watching the flames, enjoying the heat & light, and telling stories goes WAY back in human culture! You're going to get a lot of use out of that Nessmuk Range!

Brody and you will enjoy that camp !. Didn't expect to see ya till later this week. I watched some of Asbury yesterday. I remember having Sunday service like those when I was young. The spirit would move amoung the elders of the church. I didn't understand but I knew it was God . I miss those Sundays service now and relatives are gone. Did your service go well .

Greetings and salutations in Jesus name, Brother. You definitely made a good video on Nessmuk's range, it brought the images from the audio book to life. Hoping to do alot more like this before and after I get back from Dave Canterbury's Bushcraft 101 course next month in Ohio ( Good Lord willing ). I thoroughly enjoy your content. "Tight chains and dry powder" God Bless.

And gut it. Then dig a hole build a good fire in it. Cover the chicken with mud. Like a big mud ball feathers and all. Put it in the pot with coals on top and bottom. Cover pit with dirt. Couple 3 hours later you got you some good eatin and a good video

Ive never tried anything like that before
What do you do about mosquitoes? They eat me up, trying to sit still hunting/fishing, especially sleeping., I don't see you using a skitter net??
Good demonstration, Justin. But if you set your forked sticks at each end of the fire down here in this hard ground you're gonna need two more pieces of equipment, a metal posthole punch and a stick of dynamite to loosen up the soil. To start a fire we rub 2 rattlesnakes together to call up a lightening strike and if the storm gets too bad we split the clouds with an axe. You do believe me , don't you?

@@SpiritoftheOutdoors you need to quit eatin'em and save a few for seed. We got bigguns around here. Some of'em so old they're wearing false teeth and glasses. Except for the one we call grandpa. He refused to wear false teeth and every time he grins it looks like he's usin' the bathroom.
